Kyrgyz Republic have not won any of their last five recent matches, drawing three and losing two. Their most recent outing ended goalless against PLE in June, while earlier in the same month they conceded five in a heavy defeat to MAD. Maldives have won one of their last five, a 2-1 victory over TLS in March. The other four all ended in defeat, including three by three-goal margins.
