We treat every tip as confidential by default. If you need a different channel (Signal, PGP), say so in the first email and we'll set one up.

Corrections + right of reply

If you spot an error, or if you are named in an article and believe you have been treated unfairly:

We aim to acknowledge credible correction requests within 48 hours. See our editorial policy for the full process.

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR we respond within one calendar month and free of charge for the first request.

What we don't have

• A press desk phone line.
• A live-chat widget.
• A customer-service queue.
• Social-media DMs for editorial intake — please email instead. We read the inbox; we don't read DMs.

Postal

Flagside operates as a fully-remote newsroom and does not have a public physical address. For formal correspondence please use `legal@flagside.football` and we can provide a service address if one is genuinely required.
