Bad news piles up for Barcola at Liverpool
Bradley Barcola's difficult start at Liverpool just got worse: the winger was taken off around the hour mark in the Champions League tie with Atlético Madrid, according to Foot Mercato.
The exact nature of the issue hasn't been detailed, but the early withdrawal is the last thing Barcola needed after a quiet opening spell at Anfield. He's still without a goal in three appearances since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain. Arne Slot's side sit seventh in the Premier League table, six points from four games, and the last thing they need is their new forward sidelined while he's still finding his feet.
