Croatia's Nike era is over, apparently
Croatia switching kit supplier is the kind of story that sounds small until you remember they have been in a Nike shirt since 1998. According to Footy Headlines, a leaked Adidas training kit for 2027 suggests that run is coming to an end, and it landed on the same day leaks for Arsenal, Bayern München and Barcelona all dropped too.
All the looks

Croatia: the supplier switch
This is the one that matters most. Footy Headlines published images of what they claim is an Adidas Croatia 2027 training kit, which would end a partnership with Nike stretching back to the 1998 World Cup. That is nearly three decades of the swoosh on the famous red-and-white checks. No confirmation from the Croatian Football Federation or Adidas, so treat this as a strong leak rather than a done deal, but supplier switches do not tend to stay secret for long once kit imagery is circulating.
The design itself, per Footy Headlines, carries Adidas's three stripes across the shoulder. Whether the iconic chequered home shirt survives the transition intact will be the question every Croatia fan is asking right now.
Arsenal: khaki and pre-match
Two Arsenal leaks surfaced on the same day. The more eye-catching of the two is a khaki training shirt for 2027, not a colour Arsenal fans are used to seeing on the training ground. The second is a pre-match shirt, though Footy Headlines' images are the only source for both. Neither Adidas nor Arsenal have said anything officially. Khaki is a divisive call for a club whose identity is built around red and white, which is probably why it is already doing the rounds on fan forums.
Barcelona: iridescent and retro
Barcelona's entry is the most visually ambitious of the batch. Footy Headlines published what they describe as official pictures of a 26-27 retro lifestyle jersey with an iridescent finish, branded under the 'Energy' label. It reads more as a fashion piece than a matchday shirt, the kind of drop that sits alongside a capsule collection rather than a kit launch. Barcelona have been leaning into this space for a while, and the iridescent treatment will either look brilliant in person or deeply questionable, depending on who you ask.
Bayern München: training shirt
The quietest of the four leaks. Footy Headlines showed a Bayern 2027 training shirt, though no specific design details beyond the leak itself are available from confirmed sources. Bayern's training wear tends to be functional rather than flashy, so this one is more housekeeping than headline.
All from one source
All five leaks come from Footy Headlines alone. They have a strong track record in this space, but none of the clubs, national federations or kit suppliers have confirmed anything. Until one of them does, these are leaks, credible ones, but leaks. The Croatia supplier switch is the story to watch for an official announcement.
