CHUYỂN NHƯỢNGEARLY INTEREST

Man United, Liverpool and Arsenal all want Kroupi

Junior Kroupi scored 13 Premier League goals in his first full season at Bournemouth. He is 20 years old, French, and currently sidelined with a serious foot injury. Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal have all come calling anyway. Thirteen league goals at 20, and three of England's biggest clubs are already doing their homework.

United, Liverpool and Arsenal all making moves

According to CaughtOffside, Manchester United and Liverpool have both made enquiries about Kroupi, while Arsenal are tracking him as a future target under Mikel Arteta. The distinction matters: enquiries suggest active intent, tracking suggests a watching brief, but the fact that all three are moving while he is injured suggests none of them want to be last in the queue when he returns fit.

Bournemouth have not publicly responded to the interest, and no fee figures have been reported. With Kroupi sidelined, any deal this window looks unlikely, but that is clearly not stopping the Premier League's elite from doing their homework early.

Why the injury hasn't cooled the interest

A serious foot injury would normally slow a transfer saga down. Here it appears to have accelerated the background work. Clubs at this level know that a 20-year-old who puts up 13 league goals in a breakout season does not stay at Bournemouth for long, and a rival moving first, even in principle, can shape the whole negotiation when he is fit again.

For Arsenal, the framing as a "future target" fits Arteta's pattern of identifying young attackers well before a bidding war develops. For United and Liverpool, formal enquiries at this stage suggest the interest is more immediate, though neither club has confirmed anything publicly.

The caveats

Both reports come from CaughtOffside, so independent corroboration is thin. The levels of interest described are genuinely different: enquiries are not offers, and tracking is not enquiring. Kroupi's injury timeline remains unclear, which complicates any valuation Bournemouth might put on him. None of this is close to done.

What is clear is that a 20-year-old French striker just had a season that put three of England's biggest clubs on alert before he has even laced a boot in pre-season. Bournemouth, for their part, will know exactly what they have.
